Contract

I agree to 1 year congenital and genetic health warranty. (READ > A warranty against any congenital or genetic defects causing poor quality of life, death of/making necessary euthanasia of puppy/ dog is provided up to 12 months from birthdate of puppy/dog. Should the puppy/ dog be found to have a congenital or genetic defect of a serious nature with the first year of life, breeder must be notified during this period. Buyer must establish proof of any congenital or genetic disorder or serious nature by providing breeder with all necessary documents, up to date health records and x-rays from your veterinarian along with a non associated certified specialist. Breeder has the right to a request a second opinion from a veterinarian or certified specialist of their choice. Genetic eye disorders causing juvenile cataracts or blindness is covered under this health guarantee provided buyer shows proof of genetic disorder by the way of documentation through CERF evaluation. A warranty of severe dysplasia by providing a breeder with all necessary documents, health record and x-rays and OFA or PennHIP specialists. An OFA or PennHIP scoring of borderline or mild dysplasia is not considered a serious in nature and will not be covered. *

I have read and understand that mange, allergies, or any other specific congenital or autoimmune system disorders that cant be tested for are not covered under this contract. Under/overbites, hernias, cryptorchidism (undescended testicles), hooded vulvas, kennel cough, ear infection, internal or external parasites are not covered under this contract. Coccidia and giardia are very common internal parasites that can surface in puppies very quickly due to stress from shopping/ or transition to new homes. Warranty does not cover final adult size, disposition, coloring, or hypoallergenic coats. Because luxating patella’s and collapsed tracheas can be caused by injury, they are not cover after the veterinarian’s initial exam. *

I have read and understand that we have lifetime support with Ever After Doodles. So you can come with any questions or concerns. Warranties are not transferable and all shipping or delivery cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Under no circumstances should the buyer place puppy/dog in a shelter, humane society, dog pound, pet mill or pet store. Second choice. *

Final agreement. In order to validate this contract, the contract must be signed and returned to breeder prior to puppy/ dog pickup or delivery. The buyer signing below, indicates you have read, understand, and free to comply with policies set forth in the contract. Buyer understands if any part of contract is breached, the breeder is released from any obligations under this contract. Buyer also understand that under no circumstances shall the breeder be liable to the buyers third party for any consequential incidental or special damages resulting from in a related to the puppy/ dog. Upon execution of this contract, all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer. Any health issues that are covered under this contract are for the puppy replacement only and buyer will be offered another puppy of equal value from the next available litter. If buyer do not wish to take the offered puppy, the the breeder will agree to reimburse the buyers 1/2 of the initial purchase price of the puppy associated with this counteract. Breeder is not incurred and buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for replacement puppy. *
